ADF Partners

Hello again!

This page is dedicated to all of you amazing Australian Defence Force Partners – Yes you!

It is an honour and a privilege to work with such incredible and often talented individuals.  Especially because you are so resourceful, resilient, adaptable and optimistic.

Here’s a few of the demonstrated key strengths that I see when I meet an ADF Partner:

  • Familiar with regular changing priorities
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Key stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to work autonomously
  • Comprehensive understanding of logistics
  • Excellent project management skills

Do any of the above skills sound familiar?

It’s my passion to show you that you are valued and you are an asset to any future employer.

It doesn’t matter if you have either posted into WA or you are posting out of WA – In fact you can be based anywhere in Australia or around the world, we can still meet up – via the Virtual Coaching facility.

In particular, if you are a ‘Return to Work Mum’ with young children, maybe the ‘Virtual Coaching’ facility would be easier for you to access? You can remain in the comfort of your own home, but still access the same quality service – without the need to find or pay for childcare.

Whatever your Career needs are, this service is dedicated to providing you with an easily accessible option.  So, if you are maybe considering a new Career or just need a little guidance, support or direction – let me know.

Being a military spouse is a job. A job that requires grace and standing on your head while sewing new rank onto your spouse’s 15 sets of uniforms. It’s a job that commands that you hold your head high while certain people question or scoff at the value of your position.
